Standard delivery orders are dispatched next business day. However, if your order is received early enough we will endeavour to have it dispatched the same day.

Depending on your location, your order will be shipped by either Australia Post or a courier service from Newcastle, NSW.
Standard delivery is free Australia wide and can be expected within 5-7 business days depending on location. County VIC, WA and NT orders may take longer.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $14.90 AUD and will be delivered by Australia Post with a time frame of 2-4 business days.

Authority To Leave
If you are not at home to receive your delivery, your order will be left in a safe place at your shipping address.
Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for their transit or the action of the courier services.
Delivery Conditions
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.
